  1. Why is a good foundation important for proper function of the merchandise?

    The merchandise is a precisely engineered product and is beautiful in its design. Proper installation and accuracy in each stage of the process is a must for a long-lasting, perfectly-working product over the years.

  2. Can anybody install this merchandise?

    It is possible if the person installing has patience, skills in the metric system, a basic construction background, and is not intimidated by working with glass, metals and is prepared to do precision work.

  3. Can you do a pre-purchase consultation?

    Yes, this is available at a reasonable charge for non-customers, and free of charge if AvantiOne is contracted to sell the merchandise.

  4. Can I just purchase the merchandise without the installation, and still receive some service or support?

    Yes, but you will only receive installation instructions by fax or email. AvantiOne will not be responsible or liable for any damages due to poor craftsmanship during installation.

  5. Can I buy instructions and drawings and get some kind of support, even if I did not purchase merchandise from AvantiOne?

    There will be a credit card charge and a registration form must be requested through our contact form.

  6. Will you provide installation training to members of unions, or other construction companies involved in large products?

    Yes, this can be arranged.

  7. Can we have the installation service only?

    Yes. It will have to be scheduled and paid in advance by credit card, money order, or certified check.

  8. Can the service include some light construction work around where the systems will be installed?

    Yes. It will be described in the installation quotation form. This additional work will be handled as a small remodeling job. It will depend on availability of a crew for such work, and also will the place where the installation will be performed.

  9. How long is the guarantee in the installation?

    The guarantee is one year for residential and commercial installation.

  10. Can you offer an after-installation extended maintenance service for large projects?

    Yes. This requires a detailed description of the service required by an authorized agent.

  11. Will you guarantee any custom design done to the merchandise?

    Yes. 100%.

  12. How far will you go to provide the service?

    This depends on the amount of merchandise purchased. Please call for more information.

  13. How is remote assistance provided? What about customer service?

    AvantiOne provides assistance service by phone, internet, and fax. Directions can be provided to architects, designers, or contractors. On-site assistance, however, is available at an additional cost.

  14. How about parts, future repairs, and maintenance?

    Most parts are available through us, and are shipped quickly if the parts are in our warehouse. If the parts are not in the USA, then AvantiOne can order the merchandise from Italy.

  15. Can I have an item reinstalled at another location?

    This depends on the total amount of merchandise that needs to be reinstalled. Items will be reinstalled only if the merchandise was installed by a certified AvantiOne contractor.

  16. What are the methods of payment for merchandise and service?

    Cash, money order, or certifed check will be accepted for merchandise. For installation or service, we will accept Visa or Mastercard.

  17. How do you improve efficiency in large projects?

    Avanti One will get involved in the early stages of the project, allowing for a problem-free, efficient installation.

  18. Can you provide instructions for general contractors?

    Yes, if the merchandise is purchased from AvantiOne, or in special occassions.
